All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind in their approach.
It would be useful to hate more explanation of the steps when first admitted eg. See nurse-> go to waiting room.
-> Will be taken through for procedure.
-> Will be different recovery area etc.

My appointment was of 10:30 am and its 11:30 and still. I have not seen my doctor. This is not professionalism.Totally waste of time.
